Kim Doud is the 340B Audit and Compliance Director at Veriloquent Advisory Group LLC, also known as “The V Team”. Since 2009 Kim has worked with 340B Executive Leaders, Directors of Pharmacy, and eligible Covered Entities to provide guidance and expertise as they build their Audit and Compliance programs; and to prepare and provide support prior to, and during Government/Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), 340B and compliance audits.

Her previous experience includes managing an Internal Audit Department for a large Health Insurance Organization, creating and managing the 340B compliance program for a complex 340B Health Care System (16 Hospitals/ 100+ Contract Pharmacies), leading risk reviews, developing training workflows, and providing process improvement recommendations to various departments. She and The V Team (highly accoladed Clinical Staff, Auditors and Data Analysts) have successfully supported more than 75 Entities who have experienced a HRSA 340B Audit onsite and remotely. They have worked with hundreds of Covered Eligible Entities to prepare for the rigor of an Audit using a variety of proven Compliance methods, tools and techniques. Kim received a Bachelor of Science, Health Sciences degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
